Unlike most sparkling wines our sparkling Pinot Grigio is made entirely with Pinot Gris grapes which gives it a unique flavour.

It is a premium, bottle fermented sparkling wine made by the traditional methode champenoise. 

It is crisp with citrus flavours and a lovely creamy texture.

An ideal wine for a pre dinner drink or to celebrate a special occasion.

Kangaroo Hills Organic Farm is a small mixed organic farm at Blampied near Daylesford in Victoria , Australia. The property lies at the foot of Kangaroo Hills and is a fourth generation family farm. It is managed using sustainable farming practices and has been certified organic since 1989.

The Vineyard

Our Kangaroo Hill Organic Wines vineyard is planted to three different grape varieties namely Pinot Gris, Tempranillo and Lagrein. Kangaroo Hills Organic Farm is a small mixed organic farm at Blampied near Daylesford in Victoria , Australia specialising in organic wine.
